Tricia gained over 15 years’ experience in the airline and tourism industries before transitioning to the conference and event management industry. She holds a Master of Commerce Degree (UNSW), majoring in Marketing, and offers key skills in operational planning and strategy. Tricia understands the need to focus on delivering exceptional results and strives to ‘think outside the box’ in order to find solutions that will best meet the needs of our clients. Tricia’s eye for detail, financial acumen and commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency translates to a successful event for our clients.


Gina Shaw
Conference Manager

Gina has over 15 years’ experience in the conference and events industry and has worked with several national and international brands to provide the full range of event management services. Her extensive experience coordinating conferences and business events is further enhanced through Gina’s industry qualifications including accreditation as a Certified Event Manager with the Professional Conference Organisers Association (PCOA), a Certificate III in Events Management, and completion of the Executive Ready Course through Women In Leadership Australia. Gina’s expertise in this industry is highly sought after as she quickly becomes a trusted advisory immersing herself in her clients’ teams to fulfil their visions.


Vanessa Eckman
Event Manager

Vanessa completed her studies in New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Political Science and Media, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration, majoring in Management. Vanessa has worked in the conference and event management industry, in both Australia and New Zealand, for over ten years. Vanessa has extensive experience in all aspects of event management, including sponsorship, exhibitions, speaker management, program development, marketing, logistics and registrations. Vanessa currently specialises in the abstract submission process and program and speaker management.

Our three key staff members are ably supported by a team of professionals who assist with onsite registration management, sponsorship and exhibition liaison, speaker assistance and the myriad of duties required to ensure a successful, fun and professional event .

This team can range from 2-12 extra people depending on the attendee numbers. All team members are well versed in customer service and conference management, and have worked with us for many years.
