All files are stored in the cloud via Dropbox Business, which utilised multiple layers of protection across a cloud infrastructure and meets and meets global compliance standards and regulatory requirements on data, privacy and protection. Access is restricted to employees of Kaigi Conferencing and Events Pty Ltd.

All staff are aware of security practices and procedures with regard to accessing your personal information. All documents are digitised at the conclusion of each event and any paper documents are shredded. Staff laptops are protected with anti-virus software, and all software is updated regularly. Staff are not permitted to download personal-use software onto company laptops Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Policy.
