AMPC invites red meat processors and industry participants from across Australia to attend the inaugural AMPC Innovation Showcase.

The three-day event will be held from Tuesday 11 October to Thursday 13 October at the Victorian Pavilion, Melbourne Showgrounds and will explore the theme –  “The future of red meat processing”. The theme highlights the importance of adopting innovative solutions to build a stronger and more sustainable red meat processing industry.

The Showcase will bring together red meat processors and industry participants from across Australia to experience new innovative ideas and technologies from AMPC’s research and development providers and hear and learn from world-class speakers, listen in to panel sessions, and participate in various workshops.
