About us.

Introducing Kaigi.

Kaigi (Kai-gee)
A gathering for discussion, meeting or conference in a formal context.

Kaigi Conferencing and Events Pty Ltd is a professional conference and event management company. We understand the need for tailored conference management rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Kaigi offers highly professional event management solutions, with a flexible approach to ensure that your needs are the key drivers to producing outstanding results.

Allow us to look after the practical and administrative matters whilst you focus on areas of the conference where your expertise lies, such as the program and speakers. During the conference, you can be assured that every detail has been taken care of so that you can participate and enjoy.

Our approach is personalised, flexible, and consultative. Our management is unobtrusive, efficient and supportive. We become an integral part of your team. If we do our job well, your attendees will be almost unaware of our presence. Your conference is not about us – it’s about you.

Meet our team.
