Creating a virtual or online conference is more than just moving an existing ‘in-person’ program to an online format, or streaming content. We will work with you to ensure delegates are engaged, educated and connected for the entire conference.


Using Events Air software, Kaigi will create customised websites for abstract submission, online review and program allocation.

Delegate registration is streamlined, as delegates can book their accommodation and any social and networking events at the same time.
